Kevin Palisi: VP, Organization
Biography
Kevin Palisi has over twenty years of talent acquisition and organizational strategy experience in life sciences and healthcare. He is an advisor to and co-founder of several early-stage biotech companies. He built the founding team at RIGImmune, Inc, a Yale spinout based on the work of Professors Akiko Iwasaki and Anna Pyle. He co-founded PanV, Inc., a biotechnology spun out of the Iwasaki Laboratory at Yale University, developing pan-viral assets targeting diverse viruses; Travin Bio. a biotech developing proprietary agents for precision delivery of oligonucleotide drugs, and IntronX, inc. a Yale biotech startup focused on developing small molecules to drug RNA.
Mr. Palisi is the Founder and Managing Director of Ancora Search, a retained executive search firm focused on assisting innovative life sciences and healthcare companies build board, executive, and operating teams. Prior to Ancora, Mr. Palisi served as a Principal at Korn Ferry International in their Global Healthcare Services Practice. Earlier he was a member of Korn Ferry’s Life Science practice where he successfully conducted executive searches for both public and private biopharmaceutical companies including multiple Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and other operational and commercial roles.
Mr. Palisi holds a B.A. and MBA in Marketing from the University of New Haven. He is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
